Proof of Residency

Two (2) of the following documents are required for proof of residency:  
  • A rental agreement or rent payment receipt
  • Mortgage documents
  • Property tax payment receipts
  • A recent utility bill (gas, electric, phone, water, or cable)
  • Bank statement
  • Auto Insurance policy
  • Military housing orders
If you are living with another family within district boundaries, you must provide a statement signed by yourself and the homeowner.  One of the documents listed above must also be provided as proof of residency.  (Note:  This is subject to verification by a home visit or other means.)
Homeless Students: 
If you are unable to produce proof of residency because the student is in a homeless situation, please call the District Homeless Liaison Joey Adame at (530) 384-7826.
